Senior Vice President, Operations

Joe first joined CWS as a Leasing Director back in 2004. Since then, he was promoted with much success in performing his roles as Assistant Community Director, Community Director, and Regional Director. Based in Dallas, Joe has direct responsibility over operating activities in our Austin and Denver regions. Specifically, he supports our continued growth by hiring right, managing well, improving employee engagement, and ensuring safety remains at the forefront of all that we do. In addition, he continues to strengthen interdepartmental relationships and consistency in management from region-to-region. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and business administration from the University of Illinois. In his free time, he enjoys listening to music, playing the drums, woodworking, attending his stepdaughter Kenzie’s volleyball games, rocking out with his stepson Bradley, and spending time with his wife Nichole.
